Prices are the full amount: no VAT is added. Every SMS and WhatsApp message to your clients counts towards the texts included, reminders too, and a long text counts as 2 or more. Extra texts cost 5p to 10p per SMS and 5p to 6p per WhatsApp message (depending on your plan), billed after each month ends. The estimates above price every extra text as an SMS.

Before you choose a plan.
What counts as a login?
Each person who signs in to the app with their own email. Team members who appear in the diary but never sign in don’t count.
What counts as a text?
Every SMS and WhatsApp message you send to clients: reminders, confirmations, cancellations, receipts, campaigns, automations, review requests and rebooking prompts. A long text counts as 2 or more. Each one counts towards your plan’s texts and towards your own monthly limit, if you set one. At your limit, marketing texts pause; reminders, confirmations and other service messages always go. Emails don’t count.
What if we send more texts than our plan includes?
Extra texts cost 5p to 10p per SMS and 5p to 6p per WhatsApp message (depending on your plan), on a separate invoice after each month ends. Texts that aren't delivered aren't charged. Your usage so far this month is shown on the Billing page.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or pay for a year up front and get two months free. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and it takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Are card payment fees included?
No. At the desk you take cards on your own card machine and pay its fees to your provider. Deposits clients pay when they book online go through our payment provider, which charges its own fee on each one.
