Where is my data kept?
On servers in London. You can export your client list at any time, and it stays yours.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on any plan. We set your account up with you after a short demo.
Can clients book online?
Yes, on your own booking page in your colours. Online booking is part of the Enterprise plan.
Do texts cost extra?
Texts included each month: Starter 5, Growth 500 and Enterprise 2,000. Every SMS and WhatsApp message to your clients counts, reminders and confirmations too, and a long text counts as 2 or more. Beyond that, extra texts cost 5p to 10p per SMS and 5p to 6p per WhatsApp message (depending on your plan), billed after each month ends. Emails don't count.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own diary, team and till, and reports show one branch or all of them together.
What about GDPR?
Client and staff records can be erased on request, and changes are recorded in an activity log.
